2. First up, we want you to know this:
You control your personal information on the Inspired Platform. We will never disclose your email address, transaction history, or other information to any third-party for their marketing purposes without you first authorizing that third-party to access such information. This allows you to use the Inspired Platform without receiving a whole lot of direct marketing you don't want.
3. What information do we collect?
Personal Information: Inspired collects some of your identifying information in connection with your profile, depending on how you use the Inspired Platform. When you create an Inspired Member Account (whether through an Inspired App or Inspired Platform), engage in a Program, submit content to Inspired, complete a survey, send us feedback, request information about the Inspired Platform, apply for a job, or sign up for special offers from third-parties, Inspired may collect information from you, which could include - but not be limited to - the following (collectively, "Personal Information"):
• first and last name
• mailing address
• email address
• mobile phone number
Non-Personal Information: We - and certain third parties who include, but not limited to, service providers or other partners - may use automated means to collect various types of non-personal information (data in a form that does not support direct association with any specific person or individual). Much of this information is collected through the use of third-party tracking services, which includes Google Analytics. When gathered, this data, if used, is used in the aggregate, and not in a manner that is intended to identify you personally. This type of aggregate information may be shared with third parties at any time. We may also collect certain behavioral data and link that information with your Member Account. In addition to the third-party tracking services mentioned above, we also collect this information through various other means, including "cookies” and IP addresses, as further explained below.
Web Tracking Information: Inspired and its third-party service providers may use Web tracking technologies, such as cookies, Web beacons, pixel tags and clear GIFs, to collect data related to usage of the Inspired Platform, the Programs, and Web and email marketing conducted by or on behalf of Inspired. Such data may include:
• The address of the websites you visited before and after you visited the Inspired Platform,
• The type of browser you are using,
• Your Internet Protocol (IP) address, and
• What pages in the Inspired Platform you visit and what links you clicked on.
In order to collect Web tracking Information and to make your use of the Inspired Platform more efficient, we may store cookies on your computer. Inspired and third-party contractors engaged to provide services on behalf of Inspired may also use Web tracking technologies that are placed in Web pages on the Inspired Platform or in email communications to collect information about actions that users take when they interact with the Inspired Platform or such email communications. Web tracking Information is not correlated to individual users. Some Web tracking Information may include data, such as IP address data, that is unique to you. You may be able to modify your browser settings (please see additional information below) to alter which Web tracking technologies are permitted when you use the Inspired Platform, but this may affect the performance of the Inspired Platform.
We may work with third-party companies that use techniques other than HTTP cookies to recognize your computer or device and/or to collect and record information about your Web surfing activity, including those integrated with our services. Please keep in mind that your Web browser may not permit you to block the use of these techniques, and those browser settings that block conventional cookies may have no effect on such techniques.
Do Not Track Notice
Some Web browsers incorporate a “Do Not Track” feature that signals to websites that you visit that you do not want to have your online activity tracked. How browsers communicate and respond to the Do Not Track signal is not yet uniform. For this reason, like many websites, the website does not currently respond to or alter its practices when it receives a Do Not Track signal. Please note that third parties may collect Personal Information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you visit our website or other online websites and services. To find out more about “Do Not Track,” you may wish to visit http://www.allaboutdnt.com.
